We’ll work together over several sessions to form an evidence-based roadmap for pregnancy that is tailored to your unique body, lifestyle, and needs. It includes:
Initial consultation (75 minutes)
Macronutrient/micronutrient analysis of your diet
Personalized supplement protocol
2 Follow-up calls (60 minutes)
Trimester-to-Trimester Support (3 total)
60-minute video sessions to optimize energy, address to changing nutrient needs, prepare your body for a healthy birth and postpartum recovery, explore mindset shifts, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate growth.
