This is a 3-month, 1:1 coaching experience designed for mamas, mothers-to-be, or any woman craving a more compassionate and connected relationship with food and body. If you want to discover how to live more wholeheartedly nourished, you’re in the right place!

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Ditch diet rules and rebuild trust in your body’s intuitive design

  • Make peace with food and body image

  • Create rhythms and rituals that nourish—not deplete—you

  • Build meals that support energy, mood, and your unique taste preferences

  • Explore the many layers of nourishment that include mind, body, and spirit

How We’ll Journey Together

Initial Deep-Dive Session (75 minutes)
We’ll begin by exploring your current relationship with food, your season of life, and what wholehearted nourishment looks like for you. We’ll set intentions and craft a flexible roadmap for our time together.

Weekly or Bi-Monthly Coaching Calls (10 total)
60-minute Zoom sessions every week or every other week to explore mindset shifts, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate growth. These are safe, judgment-free spaces for reflection and support.

Personalized Resources & Gentle Support
Between sessions, you’ll receive:

  • Journal prompts and reflections

  • Practical tools to make eating intuitively approachable and real-life friendly

  • Voice memo or text check-ins (optional)

What This Journey Is

The Wholeheartedly Nourished coaching journey is a return to trust in your body’s natural hunger/fullness cues, explore rhythms to gently nourish and move your body, and discover your worth apart from your appearance.

Here’s what you can expect:

We work with your body, not against it. You’ll learn to tune into hunger, fullness, cravings, and emotional needs—without judgment. This isn’t about following someone else’s rules. It’s about strengthening your own voice, learning to respond to your body with care, and trusting that you know what you need.

This is a shame-free, diet-free zone. You’ll be supported with curiosity, care, and tools that honor your unique story and season of life.

✅ Personalized Support

There’s no one-size-fits-all plan here. Each session, resource, and suggestion is tailored to your needs, rhythms, and goals—especially during pregnancy or postpartum. Together we’ll build tools that carry you beyond our three months together—into everyday life and long-term wellbeing.

✅ Whole-Person Nourishment

This journey holds space for the emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of nourishment. We look beyond food to what’s fueling (or depleting) your body, heart, and mind.

What This Journey Is Not

This is not another diet plan or meal plan in disguise. In a culture obsessed with changing or fixing your body, this coaching journey offers you something you don’t often find on social media or in wellness groups.

Here’s what you won’t find:

No calorie counting. No “good” or “bad” foods. We’ll focus on listening to your body’s cues and building awareness—not rules.

❌ Weight-Focused Goals

We don’t chase a number on the scale. Instead, we pursue how you feel: in your body, your energy, your digestion, and your relationship with food.

❌ Guilt or Shame Based

You won’t be shamed for craving carbs, skipping a workout, or eating a brownie. Food isn’t a moral issue here—it’s nourishment, enjoyment, connection, community.

This isn’t a template program. It’s a personal, responsive journey that adapts to your unique life, needs, and rhythms.
