simple + sincere nutrition

My Story

Hi, I’m Victoria - Mama and Prenatal Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition Science & Food Policy - on a journey to live a nourished, whole-hearted life. With over 8 years of experience in clinical, outpatient, and community nutrition settings, I believe every woman deserves compassion, clarity, and confidence to care for themselves and their baby during pregnancy and postpartum.

As an expat mom living abroad, I know how it feels to be far from family and friends, trying to navigate pregnancy, breastfeeding, body image, and the complexities of being a new mom. I’ve learned how important it is for women to be nurtured and cared for during the ups and downs of pregnancy and postpartum. This has deeply shaped my work and belief that mothers need mothering — a safe space to be heard without judgment and equipped with the knowledge and courage to take the next step towards health and thriving.

Beyond my work as a dietitian, I love exploring new places, experiencing new cultures, and learning new languages (currently working on Arabic & Italian). I’m also a Pilates enthusiast, an experimental sourdough baker, lover of captivating stories (talking about you Ernest Hemingway with Old Man & the Sea), and always up for a travel adventure.

All of my life and work are formed by the way of Jesus and the belief that we are all on a journey of discovering our truest self - as one who is deeply and profoundly loved by God.  Thank you for trusting me to be part of your motherhood story. It’s a honor to move together toward freeing frameworks for you to care for your body and live whole-heartedly nourished in body, mind, and spirit.

My Approach

My approach to nutrition is pairing evidence-based research with simplicity, compassion, and sincerity. I do not believe in selling quick-fixes or short-term diets, but helping women ask deeper questions in their relationship with food and their bodies. Nourishing yourself doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful! When we can trust our bodies and eat intuitively rather than following restrictive diets or overwhelming rules, we can be free to live fully - enjoying food, caring for our bodies, and nourishing others.
