How does nutrition impact fertility?

Epigenetic research shows that maternal (and paternal) nutrition prior to conception influences the long-term health outcomes of your child—impacting everything from their metabolic health to their immune system. If you are trying to conceive, the ideal time to prioritize nutrition is 3-6 months prior to conception. This is because it takes roughly 90 days for an egg to mature and about 70 days for sperm to develop. We’ll walk together to holistically support your body in your unique journey - whether you are desiring to conceive naturally or preparing for IUI/IVF cycles or other fertility treatments.

  • Build nutrient reserves to prepare for the unique demand of pregnancy

  • Build meals that support energy, mood, and your unique taste preferences

How We’ll Journey Together

Initial Deep-Dive Session (75 minutes)
We’ll begin with a comprehensive nutrition assessment of your menstrual cycle, hormone health, and any preexisting conditions (endometriosis, PCOS, thyroid imbalances, etc.). We’ll analyze your current dietary intake, identify micronutrient gaps, and explore what wholehearted nourishment during this season looks like for you.

Monthly Coaching Calls (3 total)
60-minute Zoom sessions of ongoing support to prioritize nourishment and the biological environment needed for conception, improve egg quality, and build the nutrient reserves necessary for a healthy pregnancy. These sessions are designed to promote a peaceful relationship with food and body that lowers cortisol and supports reproductive health. These are safe, judgment-free spaces for reflection and support.

Between sessions, you’ll receive:

  • Preconception meal prep guide

  • Practical tools to make nutrition and real-life friendly

  • Voice memo or text check-ins (optional)
